Which carbon strategies could Ohio pursue?

A team from The Ohio State University’s Glenn School evaluated state-level policies that could prove relevant to Ohio’s future handling of carbon management. Other states have begun to forge ahead with policies related to energy and climate change, and this component of the project serves to review the status of such policies, evaluate their effectiveness and produce a set of “considerations” from which Ohio policymakers can make informed decisions.
